Please complete the form below to register additional users for your RMU Plus Account. If you don’t know your Admin Code, please contact your internal RMU Administrator. New accounts will not be created without a valid Admin Code. If you need to create more than 5 users, fill out the form and submit your first five users and then navigate back to this page to create the additional accounts.
